Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information come-app.org collects when you visit, why it is collected, who else is involved, and what you can ask us to do about it.
The short version
We run an informational website. We do not ask you to create an account, we do not take payments, and we do not collect gaming data. We use basic analytics to see which pages are useful, and our download links are affiliate links. If you use the contact form, we keep what you send only long enough to reply.
1. Who we are
come-app.org ("we", "us", "this website") is an independent affiliate website that publishes guides, catalogues and download information relating to the Comegame app for visitors in India. We are the data fiduciary for personal data processed through this website.
We are not the operator of the Comegame platform. When you follow a link from this site and register with the operator, you leave our website and enter a service run by a separate company with its own privacy policy. Anything you do inside the Comegame app — registering, playing, depositing, contacting support — is governed by that company's policy, not this one. We have no access to any of it.
2. Information we collect
We collect a deliberately small amount of information, in three categories.
2.1 Information you give us voluntarily
If you submit the contact form, we receive the name, email address, enquiry topic and message you type into it. Nothing on this website requires you to provide personal data in order to read it, and we never ask for passwords, one-time codes, payment card details, government identity numbers or gaming account credentials. If you send those to us anyway, we will delete them.
2.2 Information collected automatically
Like nearly every website, our hosting infrastructure and analytics record technical information when a page is served. This may include:
- IP address, usually truncated or anonymised before storage
- Browser type and version, and operating system
- Device category — mobile, tablet or desktop — and approximate screen size
- Pages viewed, time on page and the order in which pages were visited
- Referring website or search engine, where your browser sends it
- Approximate location at city or region level, derived from IP address
- Date and time of the request
This data is used in aggregate. We are interested in whether the download guide is being read, not in who read it.
2.3 Information stored on your device
We store a single cookie-consent preference in your browser's local storage so the consent notice does not reappear on every page. It contains only your choice, no identifier. Clearing your browser data removes it.
3. How we use information
We use the information described above only for the following purposes:
- Operating the website — serving pages, keeping them stable and diagnosing errors
- Improving content — understanding which guides are read and which are ignored
- Responding to enquiries — replying to messages sent through the contact form
- Security — detecting abusive traffic, scraping and attempted attacks
- Measuring referrals — understanding, in aggregate, how many visitors follow our affiliate links
- Legal compliance — meeting obligations that apply to us as a publisher
We do not sell personal data. We do not build advertising profiles. We do not use your data to make automated decisions about you.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to store. We use them sparingly, in two categories.
- Strictly necessary
- Required for the site to function — for example remembering that you have dismissed the cookie notice. These cannot be switched off without breaking basic functionality, and they store no personal identifier.
- Analytics
- Help us count visits and understand which pages are used. These are only set if you accept them in the consent notice. Choosing "Essential only" leaves them off.
We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels or cross-site tracking scripts on this website.
Managing cookies
You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which makes the consent notice appear again on your next visit. Every major browser also lets you block or delete cookies entirely through its settings — though blocking all cookies may affect how other websites behave.
5. Third-party services
This website links out to services operated by other companies. Once you follow such a link, their policies apply and ours no longer does.
| Service | Purpose | What it may receive |
|---|---|---|
| Comegame operator | App download, player accounts and in-app support | Registration and gameplay data you provide to them |
| Affiliate tracking | Attributing referrals from this website | Referral identifier, timestamp, basic device data |
| Web hosting / CDN | Serving this website | IP address and standard request logs |
| Analytics | Aggregate visitor statistics | Anonymised usage data, only with consent |
We recommend reading the privacy policy of any third-party service before using it. We are not responsible for the content, security or data practices of external sites.
6. Affiliate links and tracking
come-app.org is an independent affiliate website and is not the operator. Download and play buttons on this site are affiliate links. When you follow one, a referral parameter identifies that the visit came from us. If you subsequently register, we may receive a commission from the operator.
The reporting we receive from that arrangement is aggregate and commercial — counts of referrals and registrations. It does not include your name, contact details, account balance, gameplay history or any other personal information about you, and we have no way to link a referral back to an individual visitor.
Using an affiliate link costs you nothing and changes nothing about the offer you receive. See our affiliate disclosure for more.
7. Data sharing
We share personal data only in these limited circumstances:
- Service providers — hosting and analytics providers who process data on our instructions and are bound to protect it
- Legal obligation — where we are required to disclose by law, court order or a valid request from a competent authority
- Protection of rights — where disclosure is necessary to investigate abuse, fraud or a security incident
- Business transfer — if this website changes ownership, data may transfer with it under the same protections
We never sell, rent or trade personal data.
8. Data retention
We keep information only as long as it serves the purpose it was collected for.
- Contact form messages — up to 12 months after your enquiry is resolved, then deleted
- Server logs — typically 30 to 90 days, for security and diagnostics
- Aggregate analytics — retained in non-identifying form for trend analysis
- Consent preference — stored in your own browser until you clear it
9. Security
We use HTTPS encryption across the site, keep our platform patched, and restrict access to any submitted enquiry data to the people who need it in order to reply. Because we collect so little in the first place, the amount of information at risk is small by design.
No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection for data transmitted over the internet. Please do not send sensitive information — passwords, OTPs, payment details, identity documents — to this website through any channel.
10. Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and comparable frameworks, you have the following rights in relation to personal data we hold about you:
- Access — ask what personal data we hold and how it is used
- Correction — have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected
- Erasure — ask us to delete data we no longer need to keep
- Withdrawal of consent — withdraw consent to analytics at any time
- Grievance redressal — raise a complaint about how we handle your data
- Nomination — nominate another person to exercise these rights in the event of death or incapacity
To exercise any of these, use the contact form and select "A privacy request". We respond to verified requests within 30 days. There is no charge, though we may ask for information to confirm the request genuinely comes from you.
Note again that we cannot action requests relating to your Comegame account — those must go to the operator, whose data we do not hold or control.
11. Children and age restriction
This website is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. It is not directed at children, we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18, and the platform we write about must not be used by minors.
If you believe a person under 18 has submitted personal data through this website, contact us and we will delete it promptly. Parents and guardians who wish to restrict access to sites of this kind can use tools such as Google Family Link, or filtering software including Net Nanny and Qustodio.
12. International transfers
Our hosting, content delivery and analytics providers may process data on servers located outside India. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure the data remains protected to a standard consistent with this policy and with applicable Indian law.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices, the services we use or the law. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on the site. Continuing to use come-app.org after an update means you accept the revised policy.
14. Contact us
For any question, request or complaint about this policy or how this website handles information, use the contact form and select "A privacy request". Please include enough detail for us to identify what you are asking about.
For anything relating to your Comegame account, credits or gameplay, contact the operator's in-app support directly — they are the only party able to act on those.
